Job Title: Business Development Manager

Responsibilities:

1. Develop and implement business development strategies to drive business growth.

2. Identify and develop high-quality healing institutions, establish partnerships, and provide high-quality healing venues for the platform.

3. Develop high-quality healing teachers, establish long-term cooperative relationships, and enhance the platform's teaching resources.

4. Research and analyze market dynamics to find new business opportunities.

5. Represent the company at relevant industry conferences and events to enhance the company's influence in the industry.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth implementation of business development activities.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in business management, marketing, or related fields preferred.

2. Over 3 years of business development experience, preferably in the health and wellness industry.

3. Extensive experience in business cooperation, capable of independently identifying and developing high-quality healing institutions and teachers.

4. Excellent communication and negotiation skills, able to conduct business negotiations independently.

5. Familiarity with the Shanghai market and understanding of the needs and preferences of target customer groups.

6. Strong market analysis and project management capabilities.

7. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
