Job Title: Curriculum Design Manager

Location: Shanghai, China
 

Responsibilities:

1. Design and develop physical, mental, and spiritual health courses, including course content, structure, and teaching methods.

2. Research and analyze market demands to ensure course content meets the needs and interests of the target audience.

3. Establish and manage evaluation and classification systems for healing teachers and courses, ensuring high quality and diversity of courses and teaching staff.

4. Coordinate and manage the course development team to ensure projects are completed on time.

5. Continuously evaluate and optimize course content to maintain innovation and attractiveness.

6. Collaborate with other departments to ensure the smooth promotion and implementation of courses.

Requirements:

1. Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in psychology, education, health and wellness, or related fields preferred.

2. Over 3 years of course design and development experience, with experience in both online and offline course development preferred.

3. Innovative thinking and strong communication skills, able to effectively manage a team.

4. Ability to establish and manage evaluation systems to ensure high-quality courses and teaching staff.

5. Preferably with experience in the field of physical, mental, and spiritual health.

6. Fluency in Mandarin and English.
