Job Title: IT Support
Location: Shanghai, China
Responsibilities:

Maintain and support all IT systems and equipment within the company, ensuring smooth daily operations.

Install, configure, and upgrade computer hardware, software, and network equipment.

Resolve IT issues for employees and provide technical support to ensure an efficient working environment.

Manage external IT projects to ensure smooth implementation and delivery.

Coordinate and manage external IT suppliers and service providers to ensure service quality and cost control.

Evaluate and recommend new technologies and tools to improve overall IT efficiency and security.

Maintain and manage the company's data backup and recovery systems to ensure data security and integrity.

Develop and implement IT security policies and procedures to protect company information.

Requirements:
-
Bachelor's degree or above, with majors in computer science, information technology, or related fields preferred.

Over 3 years of IT support and maintenance experience, preferably with experience in startups.

Familiarity with Windows and Mac operating systems, network equipment, and common office software installation and maintenance.

Strong problem-solving and analytical skills, able to work efficiently under pressure.

Excellent communication and coordination skills, able to effectively liaise with internal employees and external suppliers.

Strong project management skills, able to independently drive and complete IT projects.

Understanding of basic principles of information security management, with experience in implementing IT security measures.
-
Fluency in Mandarin and English.
