Yoga
B•me Yoga classes combine physical, mental, and spiritual practices or disciplines aiming to build strength and flexibility, control and still the mind, manage stress and ease anxiety. Our yoga practice connects you with a supportive community, enhancing a sense of belonging and social wellbeing.
Personal Training

Musical Workshops
B•me musical workshops draws on the power of music in a therapeutic approach to manage a range of conditions and improve members’ quality of life. Our coaches tailor fun and collaborative sessions to members’ needs incorporating expertly picked Chinese and Western classic and popular music loved by millions. Our sessions entail singing, playing instruments, listening to music and discussing the meaning of lyrics.
Asian Traditional Culture
B•me is a destination for scholars of Chinese traditional culture including I Ching, feng shui, philosophy, geography, music, traditional Chinese medicine, history, architecture and art, all of which provide amazing pathways for members to engage, practice and gain physical, mental and emotional health benefits from.
Tai Chi
B•me works with well-known Tai Chi masters to teach members the gentle form of exercise and maintain strength, flexibility, and balance. There is growing evidence that this mind-body practice has value in treating or preventing many health problems.
Dance
At B•me, we elevate the purpose of dance to the next level. Our dance program is curated for the psychotherapeutic use of movement to promote emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration of our members to improve health and well-being. Meditation
Our meditation workshops are designed to give you a sense of calm, peace and balance that can benefit your emotional well-being and your overall health. We help members unpack the mindfulness superpower. Practice how to rewire our brain, quiet the noise in the head and learn how to respond instead of reacting to the happenings in daily life. Join our teammates to relax and cope with stress by focusing on something that calms you.
